The Sacred Art of Applying Vaishnav Tilak (Urdhva Pundra)

The Vaishnav Tilak (Urdhva Pundra) represents the lotus footprints of Lord Vishnu/Krishna with the holy Tulsi leaf at the base. Applying it every morning consecrates the human body as a temple of the Lord.
